We adv ise ou r clients to ensure the best transaction cost effectiveness and we only represent and advice investors, therefore:
We need to fully understand our clients´ investment parameters (deadlines, yields, repositioning, guarantees, etc)
We prepare market studies in order to identify assets which are a match for the investment criteria.
We use our database to search for off market assets. Due diligence is first carried out to filter assets which do not meet the investment criteria
We present our products in a structured format. We only work with hotel owners, never with intermediaries.
If the buyer wishes, we can provide a 360º advisory service.
We have faith in our method, which is based on a single buyer for each hotel and our job consists of fully understanding exactly what the seller is offering and what exactly the buyer is looking for. Our knowledge and experience allows us to bring these two aspects together. We do not believe in a systematic sale of assets, we believe in qualifying both the asset and the buyer.

Rating of assets

We rate assets using both a comparative process and a cash flow analysis. We don't only rate the hotel's current performance, we rate what could be achieved in terms of occupation and ADR. Hotels are business in constant flux which needs to be controlled for long term cost effectiveness.
